Greetings all,
I'm posting this just as a reminder to all that we need to remember all the virtues when dealing with everyone in-game. We are all representing KoRT, and need to remember what we represent! We are goodly knights, mages, commoners, and gentle townsfolk of Qeynos... not rude, crude, lewd dudes of Freeport!
So please remember the virtues and to apply them with your dealings within the guild and outside of the guild. They will get you far.
For those that may not remember, the virtues are found here:
The Knights CodeI'll also give a short "highlight" of each of the virtues here... as a refresher and reminder.
Courtesy: Basically, mind your manners. This is important for everyone! This isn't just M'lording and M'ladying everyone! This is saying "Thank you" when someone helps you out. This is asking "Do you need assistance?" when you see someone struggling with something in game. And lets remember this applies to guildmates especially!!
Fealty: This is simply service to another: a lord, lady, ideal, religion, guild, or monarch. Basically, service to our code and guild. (I.e. be GOOD and help people out!)
Honesty:Always tell the truth. you can always decline to answer, or not answer at all. Promises that are made are to be always kept. Straight from the Code.. pretty easy to understand <cough>Abri<cough>
Honor: In a nutshell, it means respect. Respect for everyone.
Humility:Realizing that you are just part of a larger world. You will not brag, nor boast. You will accept rewards with dignity and pride. Again, this is straight from the charter, it doesn't get simpler than that. Ask for help when you need it.
Spirituality: For us this is belonging to what KoRT stands for, and following the Code. Simply put, again... be GOOD!
Valor: Having unyielding courage in the face of danger. This does not mean to be foolhardy (i.e. a 4th level Paladin taking on a dragon is insane). Nor does it mean that every battle is to be fought here. Straight from the code again... I love these short definitions

Simply put... be a GOOD KNIGHT! Don't charge the dragon, because although that's valorous it's also foolhardy and will wipe out your whole group. Be smart, and be brave.
Now with that over...
Thank you Falia for all the hard work making all the wonderful food and drink. You are truly a generous and kind person that exemplifies what it means to be giving.
Thank you Abrianna for all the hard work for gathering all the harvestables you gather to send out to everyone, and for all the hard work you put in making all the boxes for everyone.
Thank you Paddi for all the hard work you put in to the Bank and the Events and everything else you help out with here and there.
Lastly, but not least...
Thank you to all of our wonderful guild members, who have shown what it means to be a good, caring, sharing guild that can come together and get stuff done when needed, and help out in many little ways all the time.
