Sony today changed a small setting with cazic to fix some problems with in game e-mails. Unfortunatly it had a side effect of when you logged in all your hotkeys, friends lists and all were reset. To fix this problem just go to your everquest directory and change the .ini files of your chars. the work 'Cazik' in the name needs changed to 'Cazic' and the game will then be able to detect your settings.

The files you need to rename are in your EQ directory. Change cazik to cazic in:

name_cazik.ini
UI_name_cazik.ini
BZR_name_cazik.ini

That fixes almost everything, but there also might be some files in the userdata folder.

If you have a buyer set up in bazaar,
BART_name_cazik.ini
If you have tradeskill favorites,
TSFav_name_cazik.ini
If you use the character journal, there will also be a bunch of files like
GN_name_cazik.txt
CJ_name_cazik1.txt
CJ_name_cazik1.hdr
