Abrianna Laorte, daughter of Tamar and Angelica Grogan
I grew up with my father and younger sister Maddie on a farm, my mother passed away while giving birth to me. My father was a carpenter by day and a warrior by night. I grew up a very happy child and was very interested in my father's carpentry. I always asked him if I could make something of my own or even help him and he always replied, " when you get old enough sweetheart." One day after my studies my father came to me and asked me to take a walk with him so I did. We had a very long talk about alot of things but one thing still sticks out in my mind. My father explained to me that his father, whom was named Abraham and the one I was named after, had the same talk with him when he was old enough to understand. He explained to me the type of person he wished for me to be and told me about the 7 virtues: Honesty, Fealty, Humility, Spirituality, Courtesy, Valor, and Honor. My father warned me though that although everyone should follow them that not all do and that reguardless of what I may do and whomever I may meet to always obey them. As we walked toward the old barn where he did his carpentry he told me he had a gift for me and we entered the barn. My father presented me with his first saw that was given to him by my grandfather. I was a very happy girl and listened intently while he taught me how to use it. After my studies everyday I would join my father in the barn and craft right beside him. About a year later my father died while in battle. I awoke to find my step-mother and my sister crying on my bed as they wondered how they were going to tell me that my father and biggest role model had past on. I was extremely upset when I was told and it took me awhile to come to terms with it but I had learned great things from him and vowed to be the person he wished for me to be. Reguardless I would follow the virtues and always stand tall. One day shortly after when I was out in the barn I stumbled across some old dusty books that my father placed there with a letter addressed to me. I knew this was going to be the last thing he would ever give me so I read everything twice through. I was always told by him I was special and that not many people were like me but he never would answer my question of what he ment until today. The books that I had found were mage books and the letter I held was a name and address of a person my father knew that would help me use these special abilities I had. I gave my sister the farmlands as I set out to adventure. After many years I became a powerful illusionist in my own right and never once forgot the virtues. As I was adventuring and fighting evil I came to a land named Tannisbury, and I met a man who quickly stole my heart by the name of Murtano. Shortly after Murtano and I wed in a simple ceremony. He let it be known that he knew a group of powerful knights who followed the same virtues as I and that if I wanted he would introduce me. Murtano introduced me to the members of the Knights of the Round Table and it didn't take me long to find my place within. Among the members was a woman, Lady Fawnree, who took me as a squire to teach me the ways of the knights so that when she thought I was ready I too could be among the knights of the round table. Although my squireship to Lady Fawnree is coming to an end I will always be known as a squire to her and I will always remember what she has taught me. The story of Abrianna Laorte, Squire to Lady Fawnree may be ending but as the days, months, and years go by it shall forever continue.......This message has been edited. Last edited by: Abrianna,
